The Roundhouse offers 6 rooms spread over 4 floors of a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. Each room provides dual-aspect views covering both Weymouth Beach and the 17th-century harbour. Room 1 on the first floor has bay windows overlooking the beach and harbour, plus a super king-sized bed and en-suite shower.
Breakfast Experience
Every morning at 8:30 a breakfast basket is delivered to the room door with freshly prepared homemade items. Contents change daily and have included eggs Benedict, waffles with crispy bacon and maple syrup, and homemade preserves by Keith. Guests also find homemade smoothies, fresh juices, and a complimentary homemade dessert - such as Eton mess or biscoff cheesecake - in the landing fridge.
Amenities & Extras
A landing fridge provides fresh milk 24/7, an ice machine, and daily homemade treats like tiramisu. In-room fridges are stocked with complimentary local ciders, still and sparkling water, and welcome snacks. The hotel supplies hair dryers and hair straighteners in every room, along with branded Cole & Lewis toiletries.
Location & Parking
The Roundhouse sits at the end of the Esplanade between Weymouth Beach and the 17th-century harbour. The town centre, Pavilion Theatre, and a range of bars and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Complimentary parking permits are provided for on-street parking, and an app offers info on nearby spaces and allows direct messaging to the hosts.
Hospitality & Technology
Guests receive a link to the Vamoos app before arrival, which contains interactive maps, restaurant recommendations, and local event information.
